I advise that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of South Australian Rugby Union Limited (RUSA) will be held on Wednesday, 12 May 2021 at 6:30pm at Woodville Rugby Union Football Club, Alisa Avenue, Seaton. There will not be any teleconference or virtual facilities available. A copy of the 2020 Annual Report including the 2020 Financial Statements can be viewed here
I draw the attention of Voting Member’s (11 clubs, SA Schools and SARURA) to there being four nominations for the three director positions available as well as five life member nominations, which will be voted on at the AGM.
If a Voting Member is unable to attend the AGM, a Proxy Form can be provided on request. Would all Voting Members please attend the AGM in person or submit a Proxy Form to ensure quorum requirements are met.
Additionally, it would be greatly appreciated if questions were provided prior to the AGM by email to Mrs Rose Jackson by Tuesday, 11 May 2021.
