Overview
Rugby can’t happen without our Match Officials. Whether you’re a player looking to stay involved, a parent interested in learning the laws, or someone who simply loves the game, becoming a match official is a rewarding way to contribute to our rugby community. Rugby Union SA provides pathways, education, and ongoing support for all Match Officials - from juniors to senior competitions.
How to become a Match Official
- Using Rugby Xplorer, register yourself to the Club "South Australia Referees"
2. Update your Bank Account details. Steps on how to complete this can be found here.
3. Provide the Association with a copy of your Working with Children Check. If you do not have one, we can start the process for you!
4. Using a laptop, access the Learning Centre and complete Smart Rugby Accreditation.
