The 2018 U12 Regional Carnival came about as a result of needing a competitive and realistic competition for our young athletes to challenge themselves, and expose as many players to a higher level of gameplay as possible.
Three teams were selected through nominations from the 9 clubs who have U12 teams and the teams trained for 2 weeks before playing as a curtain raiser for the NRC match between Melbourne Rising and Brisbane City.
The young players looked great in their superhero jerseys, and had a lot of fun throughout the morning!
The players will be invited to participate in the TDT (talent Development Training Program) through the off season.
