Smart Rugby is required for all head coaches and assistant coaches. Smart Rugby is valid for two years and expires on 1 April. Once an individual registers as a coach, they are able to see their accreditations via the Rugby Xplorer app.
Those that need to update their accreditations can do so via their Rugby Xplorer desktop portal, by selecting Learning Centre and enrolling in Smart Rugby.
Team Managers and Ground Marshals will also need to register via the app, so their names can appear on team sheets each week. A team sheet cannot be submitted without naming a Coach, Manager or Ground Marshal, and the same name cannot be used for two different roles.
