R7 Weekly Wrap Up, Season 2022

Wed, May 25, 2022, 1:26 AM

Thank you team managers! We have seen a massive reduction in the outstanding items that need to be chased each week (such as closing games, recording cards, listing squads and recording movements)

Of note from feedback within the community, we need to ensure that the playing enclosure is kept clear.

  • Solid structures (e.g. benches, chairs, marquees etc) must be no less than 5m from the sideline where practicable.
  • The Assistant Referee Corridor must be clear of all people and objects (such as side line flags, substitute players, ball boys/ girls, water bottles, photographers and team officials)
  • Team Officials and Substitutes must remain in the marked out team area.

This is a World Rugby Guideline in the best interest of participant safety
