We are currently seeking applicants for the following positions:

• Assistant Coaches – U16 Boys
• Assistant Coaches – U16/18 Girls
• Manager

These exciting roles are ideal for coaches and rugby leaders who are committed to athlete development, team performance, and contributing to a positive and professional rugby environment.

While these are largely volunteer positions, they offer valuable opportunities for:

• Coaching development & mentorship
• Involvement in elite youth pathways
• Interstate travel
• Team apparel and official recognition

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs
• Lead or assist in match preparation and reviews
• Support player development both on and off the field
• Collaborate closely with RUSA and Western Force Academy staff
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture

Minimum Requirements:

• World Rugby Level 2 Coaching Accreditation (Level 3 desirable)
• Smart Rugby Certification (current)
• Working with Children’s Check (valid)
• Staff Integrity Level 1
• Proven experience working with youth or representative-level players
